Courts
The Palmera County Court addresses misdemeanors, traffic and ordinance violations, small claims, evictions, and preliminary criminal hearings, with appeals to the Circuit Court.
The 13th Judicial Circuit (Viceport City Seat) is Palmera County’s court of general jurisdiction, handling felonies, major civil cases, injunctions, and appeals from the County Court with prosecutions led by the District Attorney’s office.
