Viceport City is humming with illicit enterprises, with each gang claiming its own slice of the city and slinging its respective product. These crews aren't tied to any specific ethnicity, because each needs bodies to put out on Viceport's streets. Tensions run high, with old grudges and new feuds simmering just under the daylight calm, ensuring things in the underworld don't stay quiet for too long.

Note: Players are encouraged to join the already established gangs, but are not required to join. However, the option to form a new gang is present but difficult. Player-created gangs require a minimum of ten active members and will not start with a dedicated territory. You’ll need to carve out your slice through roleplay.

The Los Escorpiones rule over Little Havana with sharp tailoring, the shine of gold jewelry, and a bloody fist. Born from ex-cartel enforcers who fled from South America, this organization of professionals who deal in crime and power supplies Viceport with the purest cocaine that money can buy. In the world of scorpions, loyalty is valued above gold, and betrayal is repaid with gruesome elegance.

Ghost Street doesn't adhere to rules or codes; they survive. They're not respected like the old crews, but they're everywhere. Lingering on street corners, slinging dry-wall cut coke, or in the shadows of Viceport's most seedy nooks. Ready to make a quick and dirty dollar.

Palmera County Prison was built to break the men and women who were punished for inhabiting it, but in its overcrowded blocks and bloodstained rec yards, something rare happened. Men and women who would've killed each other in Viceport banded together under one banner, one creed to take back some measure of power in the face of a life sentence in Viceport's hellhole. They call themselves The Union, and they come from different networks, hoods, and cultures, all tied into one purpose- enduring. They thrive on running the prison's black market, weed, hooch, shanks, and phones, and selling protection to those who can pay, and delivering hardship on those who can't. In a place where division is death, The Unión's creed is simple: inside these walls, blue is the only color that matters.
