Leadership roles within Viceport come with the expectation that players actively help their group grow by working with new members and pushing the roleplay forward. While there’s no strict time commitment, leaders should stay accessible to their faction members and get involved in shaping the roleplay around their group. These positions aren’t protected by staff intervention; leaders can be challenged or even overthrown through roleplay and story development. 

 

Because these roles are integral, leadership positions are not handed out on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will be carefully reviewed to find the best fit for each faction upon sim launch.
