⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fire Chief: 

​Sets overall policies and procedures. Approves promotions, commendations, and disciplinary actions. Coordinates with the Chief Justice, Chief of Police, Mayor, and media outlets as it relates to the public.

⭐⭐⭐ Deputy Chief: 

​Second-in-command. Responsible for the daily operations of Viceport’s Fire and Rescue, facilitates coordination between divisions, and assumes the role of chief in their absence.

​Senior command officer responsible for overseeing the fire divisions and developing policies for operational execution.

Senior command officer responsible for overseeing the rescue divisions and developing policies for operational execution.

⭐ Lieutenant:

Responsible for overseeing revolving shifts and units. Accountable for the overall daily management and discipline within their watch.
